@deantheguvnor @anon_opin Economies crashed worldwide and it was largely due to banks selling products to people they knew wouldn't be able to pay them back.

@anon_opin Except of course for a couple of minor points…… An economy works best when the workers are well paid, and when we opened the borders the wages sank And as if to prove that, within 8 years of the borders opening and flooding the market with new workers the economy crashed 🤷‍♂️

Jokes aside. As someone who’s been here from the start, built a big following some of whom have become good friends IRL, it’s actually pretty heartbreaking to see Elon kill Twitter and all that hard work in less than a fortnight. I’m so glad I hedged my bets on other platforms.
