I got to hear an absolutely spellbinding recap of everything that had to happen at CRA to make those those pandemic benefits possible. In a world that often has much to be down about, the unshakeable commitment of these people to serve Canadians, really made my week.

Tomorrow I’ll be presenting the close out of the Staffing Redesign Project to senior management. Regardless of the outcome, so incredibly proud to represent the team’s work over the past few years. You’ve made a real impact. Congratulations!
