@katie_honan My old manager, who was born and raised in NY and worked at a city agency, for every bagel Friday ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with Asiago cream cheese and bacon.

The whole bacon, cheese, egg on an English muffin but take the bacon off when asked a bagel order is very funny, but I hate the "real NYer through bagel order" discourse. I don't care how someone eats their bagel! I worked at a deli and would make native NYers very nuts combos.
