@JoePavett00 To who exactly? Nige has made it clear he's open to investors coming in. Otherwise if you want bigger budget then your only choice is increased ticket prices etc. Can't have it both ways

The whole club has got it entirely wrong this season and it’s disgusting. Minimal investment in squad. Money wasted on renovation of South Stand Bar. Food/Drink prices out of this world. Increased ticket prices. Yet we have 2000+ unsold tickets… Work that one out.

@DaveFawbert @ronald4861 @LSwallow74 Yes, it changed at the beginning of 22/23, and now it’s the “tickets sold” figure that gets used rather than actual bums on seats.

A conversation I had yesterday with numerous people, and I didn't know this article was out there at the time. Mr Travis needs to be careful he doesn't alienate the core fan base for the sake of a few extra quid from floating fans #lofc

@DaveFawbert @ronald4861 @LSwallow74 Yeah but you can’t with those numbers. The real attendance on Tuesday was not the figure the Club claimed, it was more like 4.5k. They calculate it differently these days.

@ronald4861 @LSwallow74 It's not quite a sell out but not far off. Highly likelyban effect of 3 home games in a week meaning casual fans choose one of those instead of going to all 3. I think we should compare to previous eras, gives a bit of much-needed perspective

@LSwallow74 @lofc1971 We used to get just as many midweek games back in the days of cold winters & crap pitches with postponements. Now far fewer of those with weather changes & good pitch

@LSwallow74 I've been saying this for 2½ years. The club are fleecing the fans every way you turn. Result will be, fans will stay away. Is already happening. The gate for the Posh game was way under 7,000. Lowest attendance for a while Be careful Mr Travis

I’m not sure God’s light shines on East London. They have floods, then they have no water, they have localised power cuts, I’ve literally seen a pigeon being eaten by a wild snake there. Like it doesn’t seem like a real place.
