Testimony is underway in the 1st degreemirder trial of Greg Davis of Marion. The first witness are with law enforcement and described finding the body of Carrie Davis wrapped in blankets & a carpet at a vacant home. One technician photographed many stab wounds. #kcrg

The defense has begun opening statements in the murder trial of Greg Davis. He was diagnosed with mental health issues at age 13. He was a heavy drug user as was the victim. At the time he stabbed Carrie Davis he thought she was the devil. #kcrg

Greg Davis wrote a note that said I killed Carrie four days ago. I was possessed by the devil. She was the love of my life. Police found the ripped up note and pieced it together. #kcrg

According to prosecutors Greg Davis may have killed Carrie Davis , no relation, on Sept 29th in Marion last year. The body was found Oct. 2nd after Greg Davis’ mother became worried and called police. #kcrg
