Concrete gets to work on a film as a living special effect and gets to see a film get broken down rearranged and miraculously finished as Maureen has a tragic romance side plot. Interesting and thoughtful with a real de-glamorized look at filmmaking.
It takes a giant man encased in stone to explore humanity and all the emotions within. Who knew. Lovely and often low-key with a dry sense of humor. I can see why my late professor Diana Green, liked it so much.
