I'm a Scot. I want a Scotland for the Scots. The folks you mentioned all have their own homelands, all pretty much places where multi culturalism isn't tolerated. I want the same for me, my family and my kin. I want a Scotland I recognise for my children to grow up in. I want a Scotland where my culture is the only one that matters. Answer the following: What do you think the response would be from the state if the Taylor Swift dance class was a Jewish only event filled with little Jewish girls? So a calorie deficit feels like a calorie deficit. You feel it. You feel every single calorie. On carnivore, you have upregulated lipolysis. Your body has unlocked the second fuel tank. You're still eating to satiety from food, AND you're burning from body fat simultaneously, because the hormonal environment of high-fat, low-carb eating removes the locks that kept that fat inaccessible. So yes, you're in a calorie deficit. But your energy doesn't know that. Because your energy is coming from fat you stored last December. The result: eat to satiety, lose weight, not hungry, not deprived, not miserable. Not performing a worse version of yourself every day just to watch a number shrink. There's no magic. This is basic metabolic physiology that got buried somewhere between the low-fat guidelines and the Slimming World group chat.
