@StackFuelHQ, it's funny how unorganized you are. Representative forgot multiple times about scheduled appointment with my Gf. And now is not replying to emails or answering calls regarding the course start as one in March was cancelled and she is getting anxious about one in May

@DB_Bahn Hello,I bought today day ticket in app for 30euros mistakenly in hurry for a month later, not noticing that app kept a date from a previous buy that I made few weeks earlier. As I can't even use it as it is a same day as fare I mentioned above, is refund/reorder possible

Will probably go with some private courier next time as this is second private package for the last year that i had issue with......

@DHLPaket not nice.... package was coming from Poland and disappeared here in Germany in Radefeld paketzentrum... after 3 weeks came with either missing or damaged content.... hope people who did it will get sacked and never employed again....

@DHLPaket At least some info, thank you. But still it is 10th of september now, if it was sent back on 1st it should be already back ? Because my father asked and they still doesnt have any info about parcel back in Slovakia.

@DaveSurina The shipment is a registered mail, so we don't have full access as being responsible for parcels. It has been stored for you in post branch Kaltenkirchener Str. 1-3 in Hamburg from 22.08. until 01.09. and then sent back :( Sorry if you haven't been informed. ^SC

@DHLPaket I am trying to find out, what is going on with my delivery, it is 3 weeks since it was sent. I haven't received any info/there was no notification in my mailbox from postman...... I tried to contact DeutschePost/DHL through the phone/online forms and nobody is replying

@DHLPaket The status is from 22.8.2020, its saying its returning to sender, but no change ever since. So I am wondering if i can pick up it somewhere as i had no notice in my mailbox.

@DHLPaket Hello, It was sent from Slovakia, trackin number is RF030805801SK. It says that it was sent back to sender, but it says the same thing two weeks already. Thank you

@DeutschePostDHL Hello, who should i contact, to get my packet finally... It has been 3 weeks since it was sent... I tried calling/contact forms, nobody got back to me as yet.... IT IS STARTING TO GET ANNOYING TO NOT GET ANY SUPPORT WHATSOEVER...
