The bravery of Mr. Deely and his students is emblematic of everyone in Tumbler Ridge. In their heroic actions are the seeds of recovery for this community. Better days will come. For now, we hold tightly to the memory of those we’ve lost and wrap these families with love.

That's why we've added training spaces across BC for doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses. We're building the new SFU Medical School in Surrey, which begins training the next generation of doctors in September. (5/6)

BC’s economy is growing exponentially, and that would not be possible without First Nations coming to the table with us. I’m appalled to see the level of misinformation being spread by the Conservatives. Our success lies in the work we do together.

BC is home to people from all walks of life. This diversity is what makes it the place we all love to call home. Today, it was incredibly moving to see faith leaders come together in the Legislature as we introduced protections to keep places of worship safe in BC.
