I would expect more from a manager of a large entertainment chain. My friend stepped away from their table to assist a limited mobility friend to the restroom, but absent mindedly left her purse By the time she got back the table had been cleaned. @DaveandBusters

@DaveandBusters my family and I are very disappointed in your katy TX location. We went and waited after being seated for over 30 minutes and several waiters stood around and not one took our drink order or paid us any attention. This is AFTER the hostess sat us mind you.

I’m seriously done playing ticket games at @DaveandBusters I lost tickets just because I LEGALLY won them and they screwed me over AGAIN! I’ll be talking to the General Manager on my next visit. I’m so disgusted right now. I spent too money

@DaveandBusters in the vaughan location beer is not being served during the world cup canada game at the self serve bar in an empty location. Been told there are no tables while the whole place has barely 40% seated. Just a very very weird experience.
