@squeezefootball Always good to have a shake up (especially for a neutral) every now and then. It’s also interesting where we are geographically as lateral movements happen quite regularly. Even seeing teams going from isthmian - southern - northern leagues.

@squeezefootball Watched them 3 times this season and they haven’t impressed me at all. Only saw them win at Witham last week as the home goalie got all silly and sent off just before ht. otherwise it would’ve been a different result. All underwhelming really. Need a whole new squad for step 3.

sure they still go up but pound for pound if they don’t go up this season that’s the biggest failure in non-league for some time, they should be walking the league Felixstowe were signing lads from the Thurlow Nunn last year while these were signing pros from Step 1.

@squeezefootball I think the question that needs to be asked. Does any club actually want to go up that high? I think as already mentioned Cambridge City possibly have the potential. When I first moved up here they were a step 2 side. Going back many years they were even bigger than Cambridge Utd

will be a good day when non-league football in East Anglia has a couple of teams that can make a go of things at Step 1 or 2 big vacuum beneath the 5 EFL sides. not like we don’t produce the players. Lynn are a shambles. Needham had a go. who can do it consistently?
