@LoveArtglobal @BlackthornFest Jay, you're one of the biggest inspirations in my life. That slate is like you. Exposed to all that life throws at it, but strong and resiliant. That love will still be in my garden long after I've gone.

@mrbenjitaylor The most difficult thing is recognising and admitting to yourself that you need to take a step back. I had to take four months off a few years back, to let go and re charge. I know you will be able to do the same. Put yourself and your family first. Take care mate.
