Drama late in the Truck race! Hocevar had an issue late in the going and just had a tire go down with a couple laps to go as Chastain was hounding him. Will be an OT finish to settle it. Good race so far 👍🏼

Penalty news this week: Daniel Dye has been indefinitely suspended for his comments on a livestream about David Malukas (video has been making the rounds on social media today). He will be required to complete sensitivity training before being approved to return. #NASCAR

Heartbreaking situation for Bowman as he continues to miss time. Obviously secondary to his health, but any chances of a Chase berth in what was a pivotal year are more than likely out the window. Hoping he’s good to go soon and continues to feel better 📈 #NASCAR

10 laps to go @LVMotorSpeedway. Hamlin up by 1.6 seconds and slightly climbing over Elliott, Byron, Bell and Gibbs. Briscoe (P7) one of the quickest cars on track, but obviously has run out of time. #NASCAR

Hamlin is told "you were a tenth better (that lap) over Elliott after making his way around lappers Dillon and Ware. 16 laps to go for back-to-back wins at LVMS for DH.

Byron is told "your entry pace is the highest of the top 3" by CC Rudy Fugle. He's gaining some ground, as is Elliott in 2nd, on Hamlin in P1 with 22 laps to go. #NASCAR

Three @JoeGibbsRacing rebounds inside the top 10 with 40 to go: P1 - Hamlin after a speeding penalty P7 - Gibbs after a speeding penalty P10 - Briscoe after a speeding penalty Bell (P2) the only JGR driver to not have a pit road issue so far today.

Bell gains 2 spots on pit road and wins the race off. Hamlin and Byron behind. Will have a restart with under 50 laps to go to settle it. No. 1 pit stall paying dividends.
