@David7512962181 I think he’s just tried to use the speed to kick away and not let them get into the race, which worked on all bar Bluestocking. Perhaps he went a shade too soon but it was nearly a great ride and like I said, it was an exceptional mare that reeled her in.

@David7512962181 To be fair, with that Curragh ride, if he holds on, he’s a hero. It’s a very fine line and ultimately you need the horse under you. Also when you look at what Bluestocking did after, Emily Upjohn just bumped into a very talented mare that day and had the rest well beaten.

@RacingMemesOnX It's a game of opinions but I told friends before season started he was on borrowed time. He gave many horses horrible rides last year. Have a look at the ride he gave Emily up john at the curragh it was a brainless ride in a group one race.

@David7512962181 I wouldn’t say he’s Ryan Moore’s level but nobody is. However, on his day, he’s above the majority of them. He’s certainly far better than many make out, I think a lot of his criticism is folks jumping on the bandwagon and ultimately piling on a man when he’s down.

@David7512962181 The one was a handicap, the other a Group 3. Arguably, it was harder to win on Kieran's mounts than Field Of Gold who bolted in. Ref Gosden, some of the winners, such as the Godolphin ones, wouldn't have been ridden by Kieran anyway and hence they weren't ridden by Colin.

I can really relate to what Tom Segal said about this horse and that there is no price that he’d back him at. I hear people all the time saying I’d lay him at 2/1 but I’d back him at 3/1. In my book you either fancy it or you don’t , so it’s either back it or have no bet, but don’t be dictated to by price.
