There was a day I followed my Dad to work. I think I was 13 then. I knew his work was stressful, but I didn't know it was that stressful. On our way back I couldn't help but say "Daddy well-done" with tears in my eyes. The sacrifices our parents made is not talked about enough.

Waking up every day to go to work makes me respect our fathers even more. Many of them did jobs they didn’t particularly like, faced disrespect every single day for 30 to 40 years and never complained, even though they spent less than 10% of what they earned on themselves.
