After nearly a year of not posting… Wife had major surgery, life happened. (she's back to 100%) I never stopped training. Started BJJ at 44 → blue belt at 46. Still stronger now than my 20s. All garage, bodyweight strength + dumbbells. I’m back for good. Who’s still here?

@OPP_HSD Accidents like this are why I will never take an Uber or any other ride share! They are some of the most unprofessional and worst drivers on the road. Always in a rush, always making unsafe maneuvers! My condolences to the family's in this terrible situation.

Two vehicle collision - car vs tractor trailer approaching Teston Rd. 3 occupants in car, the driver, a 50-year-old from Toronto, taken to hospital where he remains in critical condition. Two rear passangers, both 30 years old, males, from Bradford were pronounced deceased at the scene, truck driver not hurt. Witnesses call #AuroraOPP 905-841-5777. I was proud to be thrown out of the Ontario Legislature today as the @fordnation government shamefully passed Bill 60. We won't be silent while this government makes more Ontarians homeless.

Part of Bill 60 is to help property owners with dead beat tenants and expedite the 1000's of cases in the tribunal system. Many of these are people who refuse to pay

Personally, I would never rent properties because of all of this, but I can not imagine telling someone they can not grow their own personal wealth because someone else needs it

Also, doesn't this Bill more importantly suggest that leases are only for one year and then the landlord can charge a different rate without rent controls? If so, this is something out of the old Soviet Union

Two firefighters have been sent to hospital after a tractor-trailer collided into a fire truck. The fire truck was on the scene of an earlier collision blocking a live lane - WB #Hwy401/Newtonville Rd. 2:30am. The fire fighters were inside their vehicle at the time of the collision. The injuries are considered non-life threatening. I expect two more hours before a full reopening of the highway. #SlowDownMoveOver ^ks

Pretrip inspection by driver -NO DEFECTS Steel coil slammed into the cab that was not properly secured onto the trailer in Toronto. #HETOPP officer located multiple bald tires with metal cords exposed and a broken frame rail on the trailer. Driver and company charged with violations. #CMVSafety. ^ks
