He puts good people in place to handle all of his objectives, and then as the executive he decides when & where to place the giant magnifying glass he wields. I’d say that Mamdani has decided that highlighting both what problems he intends to fix and the solutions his team comes up with for those problems are also hugely important to governing effectively. And I would agree with that assessment.
