@zavvi I'm sorry but I already cancelled and bought again and was told that my purchases have gone through and paid and when they are delivered to your warehouse they will be dispatched straight away, I would like these items that I paid for please, I've been so patient, now I'm annoyed

@DavidBarwell12 it appears shipping codes never generated for these orders due to a tech error, so the warehouse was never informed these were ready to dispatch - will see if there's any stock left, but looking like I may have to cancel these for a full refund, unfortunately

@zavvi customer service is horrendous, been emailing since December for answers but have not been acknowledged!! 😡

@zavvi your customer service has gone down hill dramatically, I've sent emails since December and have had no replies, I've never had an issue buying from your company but since you seem to be having trouble with a supplier and I have not received more than 5 items, it's a joke
