@bensherwood Yes, very much possible. although legal/constitutional experts say it's not possible, they've said that more than a few times before during the course of this year. no telling if GOP would push back on this. Now we will have precedent in multiple states.

We need to do this here. During this emergency, we shouldn’t allow foreclosures, residential evictions, or commercial evictions of businesses unable to make rent. We’re all in this together & we need to come together to create a strong safety net & lots of leeway for people.
