📍 Husband. Father. Public servant. 🇺🇸 Running to put working families first as Wisconsin’s next Governor. 🤝 Are you with me? ⤵️

My daughters don't agree with me on bedtime. My constituents don't always agree with me either.
But parenting teaches you that's not always about agreement. It's about showing up anyway, even when it's hard and messy.
I'm not running to be governor of the people in my corner. I'm running for all of Wisconsin — the people who agree with me, the people who don't, and the people still figuring out who I am.
As governor, I will always fight for you, for your family, and for our future.

Tom Tiffany wants to take away your right to vote absentee, while he's used it himself over a dozen times. When he got caught, his campaign tried to claim he was talking about something that doesn't even exist in Wisconsin.
Now Tiffany supports the SAVE Act, a bill that would suppress millions of eligible Americans to cast a ballot. This is what MAGA looks like on the ballot in Wisconsin.
As governor, I'll fight to make sure every Wisconsin voter has their voice heard — not just the ones Tom Tiffany approves of.

Six years. Six budget surpluses. A 30% drop in opioid deaths. More Milwaukeeans housed, healthier, and with more opportunity than before. This is what results-driven, people-first leadership looks like — and no other candidate in this race has a track record like it.
Wisconsin deserves a governor who has already proven they can deliver. While others are making promises, I've been doing the work. That's exactly the kind of tested, disciplined leadership that can take on MAGA and win.

Artificial intelligence is already in our kids' classrooms, on their phones, and shaping their future, whether we're ready or not. Wisconsin needs to get ready.
As governor, I'll fight for common sense protections for kids online while investing in the education and training that sets them up to thrive in the new economy for safety today and opportunity tomorrow.

The labor movement that Cesar Chavez helped build changed lives and secured rights for farmworkers across this country. That legacy is real and it belongs to the workers, not to one man.
But two things can be true at once: the movement was critical and Chavez was not the man he claimed to be.
Confronting that truth is not a betrayal of history. It is what honoring history actually requires. We owe that honesty to every woman who had the courage to come forward and tell her story, and to every worker whose dignity was at the center of that movement from the beginning.
Women who speak up deserve to be believed, and I will always stand with them.

I'm not the politician you think you know.
I spent my entire career in nonprofits fighting for people who needed the system to work. Now I'm a husband with a wife who works full time and three daughters whose future I think about every single day.
That's why this is personal. I became a politician — but I never became someone else. I became one so no one has to go through what we did.

While Trump and MAGA Republicans roll back climate protections, I've been doubling down. As County Executive, I've already cut carbon emissions in half, setting us on track for net zero by 2050.
I'm the only candidate in this race who can say they've delivered on climate, not just promised it. Wisconsin's environment, economy, and public health depend on getting this right. And when I'm governor, that commitment won't slow down or stop.

The opioid crisis is still raging in Wisconsin even if it's not in the headlines anymore. And nobody in this race is really talking about it.
I watched what addiction in my parents up close, and experienced what it does to a person, a family, a kid who just wants things to be okay.
But I'm not ashamed of that because I'm proud they beat it. My kids got to know their grandparents because they got the help they deserved.
Under my leadership, we've cut opioid deaths in Milwaukee County by 30% in one year because we refused to give up on people.
Wisconsin needs a governor who is an expert on this crisis, not someone who will discover it after taking office. As governor, I will never give up on our people.

While it's preferred you stay home today, if you must travel:
✅ Check 511wi.gov for road conditions.
✅ Clear snow and ice from your vehicle.
✅ Tell others where you are going .
✅ Be extra cautious while driving and increase following distance.

Anyone can make promises. Not everyone has a record. That's what this race should be about.
I sat down with Dr. Biko Baker to talk about what Wisconsin actually needs right now — a governor who has been tested, who has delivered, and who knows what it takes to bring people together across every divide.

"Meeting people where they are" isn't just showing up in someone's neighborhood. It's building systems that work for someone no matter where they are in their journey — whether they're in crisis, in recovery, or just trying to get by.
That's how I've governed in Milwaukee County. That's the governor I'll be for Wisconsin.

As County Executive, Milwaukee County invested $2.5 million in Acts Housing projects, which are now turning more renters into homeowners.
This is what investing in housing actually looks like. Not just putting a roof over someone's head, but building the foundation for generational wealth, stable neighborhoods, and families who can finally plant roots.
As governor, I'll fight to scale this kind of investment statewide. Every Wisconsin family deserves a shot at homeownership and the security and opportunity that comes with it.

As the only candidate who has actually gone head-to-head with the Trump administration and MAGA Republicans, I know what it takes to fight for Wisconsin families and win. Wisconsin deserves a governor who has already proven it.

One week of war with Iran cost US families $11.3 billion. This isn’t lowering grocery or gas prices, making homes affordable, or easing the cost of living.

Toward the end of her life, my mother was sick. But decades-old evictions made it nearly impossible for her to access the housing she needed. So I commuted from Madison to Milwaukee just to be there for her.
Unfortunately, her story isn't unique. Thousands of Wisconsin families are living this right now. Housing and health are never separate issues.
My mother deserved better. Your family deserves better. As governor, I'll make sure a past eviction never becomes a life sentence.

No worker in Wisconsin should have to choose between their paycheck and their health. Senator Baldwin is right — the Healthy Families Act is long overdue.
The U.S. is the only major country without guaranteed paid sick leave, and Wisconsin families feel that every single day. As governor, I'll fight alongside every leader working to change that.

Voting is a right and who you vote for is and should be private.
Trump's baseless accusations of election fraud in Wisconsin may lead to 180,000 voters' data becoming public.
This would be a tyrannical overreach by the federal government. Releasing this data would jeopardize Wisconsin's election integrity, putting all future elections at risk.
Wisconsin will not stand for this. And as governor, neither will I.
