Please don’t get angry. I fact checked this. And I was an eye witness. It’s the result of some pretty basic stuff like lowering taxes, not raising them, and not punishing people for working hard.

This is pure comedy. Mark Carney, who made all of his money outside of Canada with most of his money invested in America and hasn't lived here for years, is using a figurine given to him by Mike Myers who made all of his money in the US and lives in the US, to warn Canadians against the threat of America.
