My friend recently pitched a pilot to Amazon w/ a major star, present for Zoom meeting. Exec who could buy 10 mins late. Fantastic pitch. Exec loved it. They're in! An hr later, my friend sees Deadline. Exec fired. Bad luck! Prob explains his lateness. No mention of departure!

I’ve come such a long way, mentally, emotionally - and I am so proud I never gave up. Made my second feature film this year on a shoestring budget (very proud) - defeated a lot of demons over the years, and I live to tell my story.
