It was an honor to welcome Sugar Hill Christian Academy to the Capitol today and spend time with the future leaders of tomorrow. Great to see Tina Stubba, someone I’ve known for years, who continues to pour her heart into her students every single day. Teachers like her are shaping the next generation. I’ll always stand for strong education and for parents having the freedom to choose the best path for their children.

I voted YES on House Bill 1199 to deliver real relief at the pump for Georgians. Every fill-up matters, and this 60-day suspension puts hard-earned money back in the pockets of families who need it most. I’m committed to standing up for Georgia and making sure our communities get the support they deserve.

Airports in chaos. TSA unpaid. Security stretched thin. Counterterror resources frozen while risks grow. Washington Democrats still won’t act. Senators Warnock and Ossoff, do your job. That’s not leadership, it’s failure.

We recently voted to stop foreign adversaries from meddling in Georgia’s elections. Republicans said yes. Democrats said no. Ask yourself why anyone would vote against protecting America.

It was great to spend the evening with Chairman Waters and the Peach County GOP. I decided to run for Lt. Governor because of the simple fact that Georgia deserves more. We need a combat-tested leader who cares about making everyday life more affordable, reducing government waste, and eliminating property taxes. Our momentum is growing. We are ready to win this. 💪

My thoughts and prayers are with Susie Wiles and her family. Susie is one of President Trump’s toughest defenders and a true fighter for our country. Her strength, grace, and dedication are unmatched. As the first female Chief of Staff to a President, she is a true trailblazer and an inspiration to so many. It was great being with fellow patriots this weekend at the Camden County GOP! My good friend and Chair, June Maxwell, is the standard bearer for what strong county party leadership looks like. It was great to tour Phoenix Roastery today! Small businesses like this are the backbone of Georgia’s economy. These small businesses are vital for job creation. Plus, their coffee was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up during a long day of traveling. ☕️

Politicians who’ve never faced enemy fire are outraged our troops get steak & lobster… yet silent as billions flow to illegal immigrants. Hypocrisy doesn’t get any louder than this.

Today at the Georgia Capitol, I had the honor of recognizing some incredible Georgians as we observed So Everybody Can Move Day. Young Elliot Barrett, who lives with limb loss, courageously shared his story with legislators and even spoke during committee hearings about why access to a secondary prosthetic device allows him to run, play, and exercise alongside his brothers. We were also honored to welcome Jarryd Wallace, a four time U.S. Paralympian now training for the 2028 Paralympic Games in Los Angeles, and Hannah Nabors, a special education teacher who is now advocating for better coverage of prosthetic and orthotic devices after being seriously injured by an intoxicated driver. Last year I passed legislation requiring commercial insurance plans to cover medically necessary prosthetic and orthotic devices. Now, with the passage of HB 951 in the Georgia House, we are bringing parity by extending that same coverage to state employees through the State Health Benefit Plan. When we remove barriers, we empower people to live full and active lives. Proud to stand with these incredible advocates as we continue working to make Georgia stronger for everyone.
