It’s an absolute disgrace. I can’t speak for all, but we like to feel we work with the highest integrity as a firm and we have corrected many slips both ways before. In fairness, we’d have probably agreed as a human error to split it halfway as a gesture of goodwill, but the attitude I’ve been told was of a rude nature. Please do not come back to the betting ring again as you are not wanted in the racing fraternity. I find that 99.9% of customers will always find an agreement and be a pleasure to deal with, but this type, no thank you.
