@ArrowMinerals quarterly out today. Scoping study complete, results can't be signed off and published until tenement status clarified. Ceased all exploration, engineering studies, cut costs everywhere & meeting with/talking to Guinea govt daily. Cash $4.5M.

@sbgon14 We are all working very hard. Not sitting and waiting. Will inform the market when we have something to report. Yes it's frustrating.

@DavidFlanagan_ Hi David, thanks for not giving up, as I am sure you're well aware of the so many investors & families relying on the outcome for AMD. But can I ask please, is there any progress at all being made or are we still just waiting. thank you

We continue to get very positive feedback from all key stakeholders, for the quality & scale of the work completed, 240 new jobs & the +ve impact in local communities. Mine's Minister Hon Bouna Sylla has been reappointed and we welcome his return. $AMD #Guinea #bauxite #fe

@fulovitboss Thanks for the interest. One off corporate insurance biggest new item and a bit of consulting work on BD. Not going to give a breakdown but we got very competitive pricing on both.

Hey @DavidFlanagan_ I understand this would be a frustrating time and I have zero doubt you're taking every meeting and phone call you can to have this resolved. Can we please have some clarity on the cash burn situation at $AMD? Dec Qtr: $600k This does still seem high for a company with skeleton staff doing next to nothing at present. $500k+ on staff and admin? What am I missing here please? Sept Qtr: $1.4m Expenses definitely dropped, but this number felt high considering we knew about the govt permit issues in mid-may 2025. All employment contracts had ceased 30 June. Even allowing for some wind down costs this figure seemed high. June Qtr: $2.1m Allowing for wind down of staff and some contractors, and other ongoing costs, expenses should have dropped relatively quickly after this quarter. How seriously are you looking at new projects not in Guinea or is this something that will be announced after a resolution with the Guinean govt. I understand the positioning around wanting to demonstrate our sole serious focus on our Guinea assets at present, but a company also can't just sit around and wait years for an unorganised govt. Any clarity would be appreciated. Thanks. $AMD.ax #AMD #Guinea #Mining #Bauxite #IronOre

@sbgon14 @MKirkoff11496 @ArrowMinerals The successful completion of Simandou, the referendum and national election is good progress. We continue to engage with govt but timing on clarity on tenement status is still unclear.

Back from Guinea last night. No new news +300 expl tenements still in "review" process, impacting circa 15 listed co's, plus many more. No co's resolved or issued formal corres from govt. Further 51 mining licenses/ops impacted. #fingersCrossed #bauxite #AlGaFe @ArrowMinerals

@Ennbuiss @ArrowMinerals There hasn't been any new developments. No clarity. Latest disclosure is 22nd October in quarterly. It's frustrating. Focus is govt engagement and preserving cash.

@DavidFlanagan_ Can we please get some clarification on this? I’m going to assume that ‘008 mining area’ is referring to Area 8 within the Simandou iron ore deposit - blocks 1 & 2. $AMD.ax $AMD #AMD #Bauxite #IronOre

@DavidFlanagan_ @MKirkoff11496 @k311126 @ArrowMinerals Hi @DavidFlanagan_ i know you guys are speaking to the govt. Im not sure if you can say it here. Is arrow minerals considering any payment of back taxes/penalties, commitments to refineries/local processing, ramped local employment, or restructured share for govt involvement?

We meet with/speak to Govt daily. 2 AMD permits plus >300 other permits in Guinea "under review". Timing & process not clear. Govt focus is to ensure capable operators. No formal corres from govt. focus is: govt/scoping study/costs/next steps. ASX for ann.

@k311126 The key difference is 670km of double track heavy haul rail with capacity for 450Mtpa. Not many people realise that Simandou Baosteel will be blended with Baosteel onslow

@DavidFlanagan_ Roger that, so 670km rail haul = ~20hrs (40hrs return). Each train ~330t, max 15 trains/hr. Onslow is faster mine-to-port, but Sumandu wins on sheer capacity. Looks like lots of moving parts in this project. 🚂⚒️🚢. How long will it take to fine tune reach 120mtpa?

@k311126 And it has rail capacity >400mtpa and port capacity circa 120mtpa going to 160mtpa. A very big project that with multi user rail could transform Guinea and much of Western Africa

@DavidFlanagan_ Why does Guinea iron ore development take so long? The rail line alone has seen 50+ fatalities, while CE delivered a 35 Mtpa iron ore project in just 2.5 years with zero fatalities.
