@KenSekinski @MetsMuse Alonso will hit his 30+ homers and drive in 100+ runs. Something no one on the Mets can do other than Soto. Nimmo is a good hitter. Agree losng McNeil wasn't a big deal. Hopefully some of the guys they signed/traded for start hitting.

@DavidGHanley @MetsMuse How’s Alonso doing in Baltimore? How’s McNeil doing, outside of the Met series where he needed to prove a point? Nimmo is the only one doing well and give him time because he’s 4 for his last 26 so he’s coming back to earth.

@DavidGHanley @MetsMuse Because one of them, or a few/all of them was not liked by Lindor. So instead of keeping your core and finding a shortstop, we got rid of our homegrown talent (which were all fan favorites) and got Temu replacements.

Think you need to trust John Harbaugh. He's been pretty darn good at identifying good, young defensive coaches. He saw Wilson up close and personal in Baltimore. Then saw him from
afar do a pretty good job in Tennessee.
