Almost April when we are trialling a 7 day working pilot on ICU for 3 months 8-6, 7 days staffed by our icu team! ✅ weekend rehab ✅ early evening rehab/outside therapy ✅ extra time for additional resp treatments ✅ staff working 4 long days so better work life balance
