If you built an app in 1 day it's going to take 1 minute for users to realize it's useless.

Started tracking NPS last month. It's basically a metric for how much customers like your product. Proud to say we have 82.1 🥇 And it's because I spend ALL my time improving product. No marketing needed. Just make the product better and let customers share it for you.

Update: 5 hours into the Product Hunt launch and we're #3. From what I can see the top 2 have received investment. So we're in for another battle of our bootstrapped app vs the VC backed companies. We have a good chance of winning this and it's thanks to you.

Build for months -> launch -> fail -> pivot to freemium -> 1 user using free AI feature

@krest_dima It’s all about making sure you are targeting a real problem and solving it properly. Whether to pivot or not depends on that solely.

Should I pivot my product? After 2+ years of building, it’s not quite hitting the mark. Pivoting will take 2-3 months of extra work and $5K+ from my pocket. Worth it, or keep pushing forward?

What's the ideal way to launch your SaaS product? 1. Build all the features you are aiming for, THEN ship it. 2. Ship once the core features are working, and concurrently update the remaining features 3. Add a waiting list until you build the entire product.
