@1_2_question @thevivafrei @Harry__Faulkner Maybe annexation threats are not a laughing matter nor is it conservative? Since you want to debate - what is the offer? What is Trump & Lutnick actually offering to Canada and Canadians other than to impose tariffs? Tariffs? 25% for Canada and 10% for China? Make sense. 😒

Harrison, I like you. Full stop. This is a sincere question @Harry__Faulkner Loyalty and patriotism to what? To a country that hates you? I would say that a country is no better than its government, but generally speaking, that would be unfair. Except in Canada, 65% of the country voted for the liberals or NDP in the last election. The majority of the country thinks the trucker protest was racist, right wing, Russian funded. The majority of the country supports booing the American national anthem. The majority of the country has learned jack shit from Covid. What exactly are you being patriotic towards? Your own destruction?

Your loyalty and patriotism is worth $100,000 USD? Sad.

@BillboardChris Annexation is not conservative. Tariffs are not conservative. Especially your closest ally. 25% tariff threats to Canada and 10% tariff to China? - that defies logic.

@1_2_question @thevivafrei @Harry__Faulkner Death breath? Safe space? I am a free-market conservative. I, however don’t owe any blind allegiance to anyone (including Trump). Maybe you shouldn’t attack your fellow conservatives?

@1_2_question @thevivafrei @Harry__Faulkner Right. So much for ridiculing someone that wants to remain in Canada. I never said I am deciding for everyone. You can stop your gaslighting. Free speech? You are a hypocrite.

I’m not arguing for Canada becoming a state. I’ve already argued against that multiple times. I guess I’m more just promoting everyone who can getting the hell out of the country. It’s a sinking ship the downward current of which sucks everyone down with it if they don’t get off the ship early enough.

The logic behind some Canadians disliking Donald Trump and Elon Musk can be likened to a dog retrieving a ball we intentionally throw away. Just as a dog instinctively chases and brings back the ball, driven by natural behavior or "training",some Canadians may reflexively oppose Trump and Musk due to ingrained political biases, media narratives, or perceived threats to national interests, even if the actions or influence of these figures are complex or not directly harmful.

@EffieGib @MichelleLA1981 You are right. His silence on the Trump’s tariff and annexation threats are deafening. You need to get off on the cult of Elon.

@MichelleLA1981 His silence on President Trump’s threats on Canada becoming the 51st State is deafening. This is why. Never mind the fact that he has roots in Canada. Sovereignty is important. Oh, let’s not forget his complicity on the CCP too.

@BillboardChris So, respectfully, no one is stopping you to relocate your family and you to the United States. Better yet, you can even decide to paid 5 million dollars to be part of their express immigration. The grass is always greener on the other side. But guess what? U.S. isn’t utopia.

My loyalty to what, Harrison? My loyalty is to my family, not to a system of government that is failing and has no hope of redemption anytime soon, where every political party is corrupt and we don’t have democracy. Where people get fired from their jobs for calling a man a man. Where not a single Member of Parliament will speak up about the greatest child abuse scandal in medical history, but instead call it a crime of ‘conversion therapy’ to help children feel comfortable with their sex. When you have children, you might understand. I would gladly PAY $100,000 for a superior Constitution, system of government, lower taxes, etc. Canada needs a total reset, and it’s not going to happen. Our judiciary is captured and corrupt and can’t be fired. Our Senate is full of radical leftists who aren’t elected and have lifetime appointments until they are 70. Our political parties handpick who gets to run for a seat, thus ensuring actual leaders never run — only weak lapdogs. Our media lies like a rug and even the so-called conservative ones are afraid to speak truth, with few exceptions. Canada’s governing system is broken. The most successful nation to ever exist was founded by unpatriotic Brits whose loyalty was not to a King, but to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Canada has one of the lowest military expenditures in the world. 1.3% Canada is safe because they have a strong neighbor. It’s like benefiting from living in a gated community where your neighbor invests millions into security while you spend a few thousand dollars.
Canada Action@CanadaAction

100% agree with @ABDanielleSmith "No nation on Earth has more resource wealth per person than Canada. We have the potential to be an energy and economic juggernaut, able to punch well above our weight class in virtually anything from energy to manufacturing to technology to military defense.” It's time to start building pipelines, developing our resources, and constructing new ports on every coast without further delay.

@patrickbetdavid Right…because around the world, Canada is targeted and hated? Please spare me. Never mind the fact that during 9/11, it was Canada that stepped up to assist. Never mind the fact that we assisted the safety of American being rescued in Iran during the embassy raid. History.
