I had an allergic reaction to the term "disruption", but given where we are with education, I have landed firmly and clearly on the idea of disrupting with love. We need a new way. We need leaders to disrupt the current broken paradigms with love.

The education system prioritizes technical skill instead of critical skills like: -Collaboration -Innovation -Communication Yet, most employers hire for these critical skills. All else can be learned on the job or even automated - a confident, articulate, team-player can't.
