VODG and many of our members were early signatories to this letter to the Chancellor following #Budget2024. This response is extremely disappointing given the breadth of concern and the significant impact we know the increases in NICs will have on frontline care and support.

Yesterday’s Autumn budget has confirmed Labour’s commitment to improving SEND provision by including an extra £1bn for this. We need to improve inclusivity and expertise in mainstream schools, as well as ensuring special schools cater to those with the most complex needs. 1/3
