Very disappointed to miss my NAS induction ceremony this morning because of Covid-19. Particularly frustrating because my infection was prolonged by sucessful paxlovid treatment followed by the emerging phenomenon of paxlovid rebound/relapse.
I was exposed to SARS-CoV-2 on Mon. Despite 4x vax, had symptoms and was antigen positive Wed evening. Wed night not good - sore throat and coughing. Went to local ER yesterday for test-to-treat program to get paxlovid (elegiblle bc >65 yo). Last night much better.
