That people deeply involved in cannabis for decades have such different takes on the implications of Schedule III underscores the fact that Absolutely. No. One. has any fucking clue what such a move would actually mean for state-legal businesses vis a vis FDA/DEA oversight.

@chris_honeybee This will effectively federally legalize medical marijuana, as has been done in over 40 other countries. This means, with respect to therapeutic product, (1) interstate commerce, (2) import/export, (3) trademarks and (4) Nasdaq, but also federal regulation.
