@StewartNial @LizHiggins19 @Dougmcg1 I wouldn’t be against the criteria for holding a referendum being set out in law as a majority of both votes/seats for a party or coalition to have the right to hold one. But we don’t have that system; we have one where winning parties have the right to enact their manifesto.

Shaun correct me if I'm wrong, I've always thought democracy was a fluid thing. The vote you mention was 10 years ago. Should the people coming behind us not have a say on thier futures? More so post brexit which Scotland didn't want?
