Better to let it happen also if someone is confident in there ability aid the dog.. this coyote was quite bold which is danger

That coyote attacked the dog. Don't try to get in the way. The dog was doing his job and protecting his territory and family. Let the big dog eat. Encourage him. To be yelling let go is confusing to the dog, he has a job to do. It's like I have always told my wife and kids, if I have to protect you don't get in the way, you will only get us both hurt. Let me do my job.

Their numbers are pretty high they are starting to be a threat to children in some places. They can be pretty bold. Usually more than one but the objective is to get the dog to chase it to be ambushed.
