As I stated in my announcement video, the division being promoted by the Washington Elites, from both Democrats and Republicans, is destroying our country. It’s time for a change. We must get back to voting for the best person for the job, period, and not vote just along party lines. If I have the honor of being elected to the U.S. Senate, I’ll be loyal to Massachusetts voters and to America - NOT to a party. During my entire life, I have never been a partisan person and that doesn’t change just because I become a Senator. Any claim otherwise, is meant to perpetuate fear and fuel the division among us. @JohnEDeaton1 If members of the FSC the Banking Committee were sent letters detailing crimes committed by current and former employees of the SEC, and those members took no action to investigate, doesn't that make them accessories to the crimes in question? Do they not have a legal obligation to investigate? I have an idea for a strategy on this: Re-send those letters to all members of those committees, especially concerning the clear and apparent crimes committed by the SEC (ETHgate, SEC lawyers lying to judges etc.). Begin the letters with a clear statement that "...You are now in material possession of crimes committed by x, y and z. You are required by law to immediately investigate and to make criminal referrals on each of these crimes..." "If you fail to act, it will be abundantly clear to all concerned that you are willfully aiding and abetting the commission and concealment of these crimes." Put the pressure on them to investigate.

I have no agenda except that I am sick and tired of regulators selling out to the highest bidder and not allowing a level playing field in this country. It’s not even a case of a revolving 🚪 anymore. The FDA Chair leaves and goes to @pfizer’s board. The @SECGov Chair drops a case against Apollo Group right after Kushner gets a $180M loan from Apollo, and then the Chair goes to be an advisor to Apollo. SEC Ethics Officials tells a Director to STOP violating the financial conflicts statute, yet the Director ignores the warning and continues violating the criminal bar. And NOTHING happens. And the public can’t even get a simple letter of inquiry sent to the SEC from anyone sitting on the FSC in the House or anyone sitting on the Banking Committee in the Senate. We live in corrupt times.

It`s unfortunate,but I think this guy is finally feeling the frustration that every single #XRPHolder was feeling during the #SECvsRipple case,which is still ongoing. The #FreePasses in #crypto have been and continue to be a an unlevel playing field. The only way to level the playing field now is for #Congress to pass legislation or continue down the long legal road as each technology(POW,POS,NFTs) is sued for legal clarity,not regulatory opinion.
