@PatchBandana@PlayStation Yeah, steam just does digitally way better than PlayStation will ever get close to. Their games are discounted much lower then any sales that PlayStation ever had with a way better refund policy also. The fact that you didn’t know that doesn’t surprise me.

@Pirat_Nation I walked away from Nintendo for Sega. Then I walked away for Sega for PlayStation and went back and got a Nintendo 64 too. Then I sold my PlayStation 3 because it was pretty much junk. Bought a PlayStation 4 because they fixed their problem. I have no problem going to PC in 2028.
Reports claim Sony believes it doesn’t need to stay in close contact with PlayStation fans because it trusts the strength of the PlayStation brand and the loyalty of its community.
According to the reports, Sony expects players to keep buying its games as the company moves toward a digital-only future.
They also believe the backlash over ending physical PlayStation game production will eventually stop and most players will eventually adapt to buying games digitally.
