@AlexTran677026 I don’t know where this theory started that Michael suspects Fredo before the sex show, but… Michael does not suspect Fredo until Fredo gives it way. If he did suspect him, he wouldn’t need to set elaborate traps. Fredo would fold under questioning.

As Fredo orders a cocktail, he asks Michael for help; but during the order, he unknowingly says the word “one” in Spanish instead of English. What seems like an innocent mistake becomes a warning sign for Michael. A single word cracks years of trust; Fredo speaking a language he wasn’t supposed to know forces Michael to question everything he thought he knew. Pay close attention to the change in Michael’s expression.

I think @PlutoTV is playing CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER in reverse and it’s tripping me out. I could have sworn I came in when Ford and Dafoe rescue the soldiers but then I just saw Dafoe meet Ding Chavez for the first time. (Sorry actor who played Ding.)

Midway through the third quarter I thought, Knicks don’t got it. Left the room. They cut it to 8. I sit down. Pacers go back up 10. I ask, “Is it me?” I walk the dog at the start of the 4th, Knicks take lead. Get back with the dog. Pacers cut it to 2. I leave again. Knicks win.

One of my favorite scenes in “The Godfather Part II.” The compromised Sen. Geary now sucking up to Michael, and Michael then setting the table for Fredo to reveal his betrayal. He KNOWS Fredo has met Johnny Ola. The confirmation comes in the next scene.
