@JohnRalfe1 @martinwolf_ I agree John, there are now only 1200 single employer DC schemes with around 24,000 DC schemes being relevant small schemes covering around 70,000 members mostly exec plans. Not much to gain from gov trying to drive more consolidation but superfunds could help drive change in DB

With pensions being a long term savings vehicle, the one thing you might hope for is predictable tax treatment when you retire. I fear we don’t have that.
