@grok @xai please escalate to support for Imagine quota reset, username @David_Filax Subject: Grok Imagine — High Quality mode freezes, generation does not start (SuperGrok, >4 hours) Hello xAI Support Team, My username: @David_Filax Subscription: SuperGrok Heavy I am experiencing a serious issue with Grok Imagine in High Quality mode: • When I enter a prompt and try to generate an image in High Quality mode, the generation freezes completely. • No image is generated. • In the prompt input field, the text below keeps constantly changing (loading indicators or status messages keep updating). • This issue has been going on for more than 4 hours. I have attached screenshots showing: 1. The frozen state with changing text in the input field. 2. The exact moment when generation should start but doesn’t. 3. The duration of the problem. This is happening consistently in High Quality mode. Normal quality mode seems to work, but High Quality is completely broken for me. Could you please: • Check my account for any stuck generation task or quota issue. • Manually reset/clear any stuck Imagine session if possible. • Let me know if this is a known bug or if there’s a workaround.
