@Synthiab22 Great question! Generally speaking, HIPAA preempts state laws governing PDMPs. In other words, the privacy provisions of HIPAA still apply, though HIPAA does allow for some exceptions. Here's a good overview of the issue from NAMSDL: namsdl.org/library/2C1B0E…
