how does crypto exchange and AI integrate? I will share a few things that we do at Bybit, both for clients and internal usage: For Clients 1. CryptoLens: Ai powered deep analysis on any project that you want learn in a 360 way. It gives you analysis on community, fundamental, social trends, tokenomics and pretty much a one stop tool for you to learn about any project (doesn't have to be listed on bybit) bybit.com/en/tradegpt/le… 2. Tradegpt: trained Ai agent with bybit database that can give you some quick technical analysis on prices, fast access to bybit tools and etc. 1 3. AI support agent. Bybit is now fully integrated with AI support agent to help our customer support team as well answer client questions directly. I don't believe that AI agent can ever replace human, because a lot of clients simply want to talk to a human especially when filing a complaint, there are many emotional factors that bot cannot do. the key to make AI agent smarter is to give the ai agent the right access and security verification tools for it to be able to answer those questions. clients doesn't come to support to chitchat, they want update on information they cannot find out on their own, and typically our support can give those update. for instance, 80% of the inquries that customers have is about KYC status, withdraw/deposit status, p2p order status, card application status. all of that can be handles when given the correct access to Ai agents with the security protocal. At the same time, we will always have human support on standby to handle human problems and to give human emotional support. Bybit internal uses: 1. AItest- Testing and quality control team uses AI to test instances. Bybit has a massive product line with multiple products interact with each other. Before every new feature that comes online, we have a 100+ people testing team to run tests on these new features to make sure that they don't screw up any core functions or affect users in any ways. AI has proven to be extremely useful for this team to do testing more efficiently and faster. 2. AITranslation- Translation team utilizes AI to help with translations in a great deal. Bybit services more than 160 countries and we currently support 20+ languages. each article release, product release, social media content all needs to be translated not only accurately but also in crypto native tone. we have about 30+ translation tasks per day on average. This is used to be 100% rely on human to ensure accuracy. Now we have used AI to help and this greatly improved our efficiency on translation works. 3. AiWiki- Internal training Byseek system. essentially a Bybit internal wiki that includes all internal policies, hr policies, benefits, specific project owners, product managers, special term definitions, all you need for a new joiner. From office wifi to insurance benefits to spot listing policies. They can just ask and the agent will answer and point them to the right directon. 4. OSOP - internal operation project management platform to manage all campaigns , product offerings, to multiple countries and multiple local site. the core system we use to drive all platform operation. 5. AiLegal - to help our legal team to draft legal template, we have master loan agreement, borrow/landing, screening of new contracts and deals. 6. Aicoding - a new area we are looking into to help us to write basic level codes, this still needs to be explored further.
