Machete Attack in Dewsbury Update: Three People Arrested A serious stabbing happened outside Dewsbury bus station yesterday afternoon (Friday 16 January). Police were called just after 3pm following reports of a fight involving several people and a bladed weapon. A 17-year-old boy was found with a serious leg injury. He was taken to hospital where his condition is not life-threatening. Officers have now arrested three people in connection with the incident: a 35-year-old woman from Dewsbury, a 23-year-old man from Dewsbury, and the 17-year-old boy himself.
