Every goal under Michael Carrick this season. Would you give him the permanent job in the summer. 🏴🤔

Okay Reds, do you honestly think he would’ve put us in the position we are in now at this stage of the campaign nearly securing UEFA champions league football next season?

🚨 MY VIEW| I am taking Michael Carrick over Julian Nagelsmann for the Manchester United job and it’s not even close. Nagelsmann? No Premier League experience, and his time at Bayern raised red flags: overcomplicated tactics, constant tinkering, poor communication, and a system-first approach that clashed with his squad. Carrick, on the other hand, is delivering now. Since January: 7 wins, 2 draws, 1 loss that's 23 points from 10 games. Wins over City and Arsenal. Top of the form table. Leading in xG and chances created. More importantly, he’s rebuilt the dressing room and restored belief. He knows the club, the pressure, the standards and right now, he’s proving he can handle all of it. Carrick over Nagelsmann!!!

Maguire on Rúben Amorim: “I don’t really have much bad to say about Ruben. I really like Ruben, he’s got great ideas. The ideas just didn’t work at Manchester United. I do believe he’ll go on and have an amazing career, and at his next club he’ll probably go and win many, many football matches. It just didn’t click or work and us, as players, have got to take a lot of responsibility for that as well. He has led the club in a direction and I do think he deserves a lot of credit for that, where he’s built a good, solid squad.” [@guardian]

🚨💣 Marcelo Bielsa drops PURE football philosophy 🔊 “There is a short path to winning, which is to play better than the opponent. There is a more accessible path: I’m not going to play well, but I’m going to prevent the other from doing so.” “When you try to play well, you have to assume a risk.”
