@LucasGageX Loosing weight is so fucking easy. If you can't loose 50 pounds in a month its a skill issue. I did that on a low calorie diet plan.

Since everyone wants to lose weight, here's my advice: You don't need a boring diet; you need a diet you can sustain over time. Take the foods you already eat and make lower-calorie versions of them. You only need a 500-calorie deficit per day to lose 1 lb of fat per week.
