Milan are a massive club, no disrespect, but if Amorim is genuinely trying to frame AC Milan as a bigger job than rebuilding Manchester United, then he’s just rewriting history to protect his own ego. United is one of the biggest and most scrutinised jobs in football he had the platform, the money, the spotlight and still ran it into the ground with that stubborn system. Exactly nobody said every manager since 2013 is a bad coach. The point is United’s structure keeps failing coaches, and that’s why I keep saying the problem is bigger than one man. But that doesn’t mean Amorim is above criticism either. The club can be a mess and he can still be judged for what he did with the players and backing he had. Both things can be true.
