Hammer here. I’m in Nashville, TN for a few days. Indy, Milwaukee & Nash all have Democratic mayors, but I don’t see panhandlers asking people for anything or homeless people passed out in the streets in MIL or Nash. All same political leadership, so why is #Indy so bad?
