Another #robotic reconstructive Surgery for iatrogenic #ureteralstenosis: lucky enough end to end anastomosis was possibile sparing a more complicated buccal mucosa graft. Maybe I’ll get boring , but once more I repeat that what is happening because of a combination of excessively expanded indications to #RIRS+the increasingly loss of #PCNL skills +misuse of last generation high power #laser (both #holmium & #thulium) is something really worrying and all major urological societies should raise awareness to with more investment in education! Best treatment of a complication is still its prevention! #ETCE
