A successful full flop spinner on the 16th hole during the final round. Saved par and secured a runner up finish at the first event of the season 👊

From the fairway this green looks perfect but the data says otherwise. The digital level exposes the steep slope and at modern speeds its un-pinnable. The heat map shows a "Sea of Red" as only 10% of the surface is playable. The solution is of regrade and soften slopes and unlock the surface taking the usable area from 10% to over 60%. This should help spread wear and give players a fairer experience⛳️🚧

On the tools this week with Emerald Golf Cons at Headfort GC.These are the first bunkers in Ireland to implement Roadstones Duraflow porous asphalt. Quick install process and guarantees no contamination and dry bases. Can’t wait to showcase the rest of the bunkers in due course!

I was glad to help East Cork Golf Club and @GreenNewenham with an issue on the 6th hole. The solution for the new tee was shift it right, lower it, re-align, tilt it away from the boundary and reconfigure the path. We provided both the design and build for the client.⛳️🏌️🚧👍 😎

It is hard to see what you mean. I only see a possibility to form a right shoulder for a head and shoulder triple top. It is what you say?
Anyway - I do not know exactly how things may go, I am just giving a different math perspective on what has already happened and how it can be projected into the future, based on the past.

While prominent Bitcoin analysts like Arthur Hayes and researchers at K33 argue that the traditional 4-year halving cycles are dead due to institutional adoption, ETF inflows, and shifting monetary policies, this root-scale chart tells a different story.
All 5 out of 5 cycle tops (H1 through H5) have been modeled with remarkable precision using a single natural cycle framework tied to Bitcoin's block production. The pattern holds strong, with projections extending into 2028 showing no signs of the cycles fading.
If the data fits this tightly, why declare the end? Cycles aren't over—they're evolving, but still very much alive.

@LeomathHeart If you look at the chart the last three cycle tops, 2014, 2018 and 2022 double top going on a 4 year cycle of repetition that indicates there’s a possibility of 2026 being a triple top to end the cycle?? What do you say…

Great to work with Faldo Design on one of there recent project and more extreme sites in Madeira. Kudos to Paul Jansen and Sir Nick to resurrect a dead project that was years in Development!!

@mgwp1 @evalu18golf Yes, have been lucky to work alongside the guys on couple of projects and yes I have seen some plans for the upcoming works. Is it a wall to wall blow up of the course?? No, so I’d class that as a light touch, they are improving what’s already there.

@mgwp1 @evalu18golf What worries you about Sunningdale?? they hired one of the best architectural firms in the business to improve there golf course with a sensible and light touch improvements. I’d be more concerned about work that’s going on by people copy and paste at some links courses!!

Couple of before photos of the practice bunkers and proposed sand lines with the iPad imposed on the newly shaped and turfed areas. These details give the new bunkers more character and befitting the classic nature of the Old Course at Headfort. Just need the rain to stop! ⛳️🏌️♂️🚧

@feedtheball Has to be Pine Valley, all of the holes laid out in different directions . Mix of downhill, uphill and 10th which could be classed on flat or same elevation of tees. Greens all different, 3rd has huge movement, 5th and 14th benign and the 10th can be scary.

Macdonald/Raynor courses are a bit of a cheat, but I’m throwing Sleepy Hollow in the ring if the criteria includes scenery, diversity and putting contours.

Popped in to see the progress on the two new greens and mark out the grass lines. Credit to Shane Geraghty head greenkeeper on the grow in and Alan Maher from the club for making the project happen. We wait for spring to get sand in the bunkers and eventually open 👍 ⛳️🏌️♂️😎
