@eurowings @EurowingsNews I was on the 9am from berlin to Manchester. We took off, there was smoke and it landed in berlin again. We were put back in the airport. There has been no information. What is going on

@northernassist So that's poor planning from management. Not like people have magically booked today off. So its been the case all week. Rather than spell out to people. I.e on a Monday would allow people to make other plans. Instead, just leave it until the morning of?

@northernassist A short notice one, every day this week. For the exact same train time, that somehow only updates over night everytime. It's clearly not short notice for @northernassist it's poor planning. Again, where shall I send by uber receipts for compensation?

@Davidson6Matty Hello Matty, I am sorry for the disruption, this is due to a short notice change to the timetable. If you have a ticket you have not used you will be able to have this refunded, your ticket will be valid on the next service if you still wish to use the ticket. ^VR

@JustEatUK this is horrible customer service after we made a £30 order and more than half didnt arrive. Then the restaurant were verbally abusive when I called to ask about the food.
